RCCG G.O makes a good point

Once again, the RCCG General Overseer (Worldwide) has offered some really good advice.

Pastor Adeboye

According to the General Overseer (Worldwide), restructuring is the way forward for Nigeria. He said this is a good thing because it will handle agitations from all sections of the country.

Adeboye said that restructuring is a good thing "as it will provide us an opportunity to discuss and address the teething problems that led to agitation in some quarters."

He made these points through the Assistant General Overseer, Pastor Johnson Odesola at a Special Prayer Programme for First Born and families organised at RCCG Throne of Grace, Ebutte-Metta, Lagos.

The prayer summit was tagged, 'Born to excel.'

At the event, which held last Sunday, the G.O stated that Nigeria could not be broken because it's strength lies in unity, fairness, harmony and togetherness.

While praising the government, he advised the authorities to seek other ways to empowering the country rather than depending on only oil.

“I am happy that all stakeholders and leaders of thoughts have agreed to the need to restructure and I agree with it too. We need restructuring of our nation.”

“The world is moving far away from oil to other sources of energy which requires deep thinking and performance in other sector of our economy,” Adeboye said.

This is not the first time the RCCG G.O has advised the government.

In 2016, he offered some advice concerning the proposed sale of national assets and the African Development Bank (AfDB) fund.

Adeboye advised the government not to sell.

Just like this recent advice, this was said at a special prayer and thanksgiving service for businessmen and artisans on October 16, 2016, at the National Headquarters RCCG, Throne of Grace, Ebute-Metta, Lagos.
