NPFL club signs deal with Puma

Abubakar Bukola Saraki FC is a Nigerian football club from Ilorin, Nigeria who are currently 11th on the NPFL table.

According to the club chairman Seni Saraki, the Puma partnership will be formally announced at the Palms Mall, Ilorin on Thursday, June 1.

"As part of their commitment to grow and develop sports in Nigeria, PUMA the global sports lifestyle brand, through their official franchise in Nigeria, Persianas Retail Ltd, will be partnering with ABS FC, to kit and sponsor the team for a period of five years,” Saraki's statement reads.

"This is the first of its kind partnership that represents the biggest football Kit sponsorship in the history of the Nigerian Football League and will see ABS FC and PUMA working together to expand the profile of Nigerian football over the course of this partnership."

President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Amaju Pinnick and the Chairman of the League Management Company  (LMC) Shehu Dikko are expected to be special guests at the event.
