Winner of the MTN Best 11 promo gets home from real estate consultant

MTN has made one of their users the owner of their dream home by Lamudi Nigeria.

The fourth winner of the MTN Best 11 promo, Christian Okereafor, accompanied by his very excited father and his younger brother, went to the Lamudi Nigeria office last week and left with his dream home.

He chose a three bedroom flat in Awoyaya, Victoria Island, by developer – Efficacy Homes Limited.

Here is what he had to say about winning the MTN Best 11 promo and becoming a landowner:

“When I received the call from MTN I was very surprised as I did not participate in any promo. I even hung up on the lady [from MTN], but she called again. She told me I had won a house and gave me other information. I then told my father who congratulated me. However, I still did not believe it until I went to the MTN office. Now I am just very happy.”

His excited father had something to say:

“Two years ago, the house I was building was demolished and I had to strain my finances to rent a small apartment for my family. Shortly after, I suffered a partial stroke and it set me back financially, so it was a really tough time. This house is just a blessing from God. May God bless Lamudi and MTN.”
