Golden State Warriors' team display gives LeBron James a headache in game four
Golden State Warriors bounced back in the NBA Finals on Thursday, levelling the series at 2-2 after an impressive term performance.
The Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 103-82 in game four at Quicken Loans Arena, with Harrison Barnes and Draymond Green providing important support to Golden State's star players.
In game three, Barnes and Green shot a combined two-from-18 but both reached double-figures for points in game four.
With regular centre Andrew Bogut playing just three minutes for the Warriors, the visitors overhauled their line-up and it reaped dividends, as they set up their victory with strong performances in the first and last quarters.
Steph Curry still led Golden State for points - level with Andre Iguodala with 22 - but with Green (17) and Barnes (14) also chipping in, the Warriors managed to bounce back from consecutive defeats to the Cavs.
Iguodala also impressed with his defence on LeBron James.
Curry and Co. will return to Oakland for game five on Sunday with growing confidence.
A 31-24 first term saw Golden State take control early in Cleveland and they extended their lead to 11 points by half-time.
While the Cavs surged in the third quarter, the Warriors dominated the last stanza 27-12 to triumph by 21 points.
Centre Timofey Mozgov top-scored for the home side with 28 points and pulled down 10 rebounds for a double-double.
James, who hit his head on a courtside camera in the second quarter, also notched a double-double (20 points, 12 rebounds) but was unable to drag the Cavaliers across the line again.
Tristan Thompson (12 points, 13 rebounds) and Matthew Dellavedova (10 points) were the Cavs' other main contributors.
