Ingredients:
Spinach- picked and sliced to
Blended Pepper (Rodo)
Palm Oil
Stock Fish
Crayfish
Beef
'Panmo'
Locust bean
Seasoning Cubes and salt to taste
Directions:
1. Add palm oil and let it heat up for a little bit
2. Add in 'cleaned' locust beans and stir fry for a few seconds
3. Add the blended pepper and stir fry for about a minute
4. Add the stock fish (pre-soaked in salted hot water), crayfish, beef (per-boiled) and so on, seasoning to taste and make it simmer for few minutes.
5. Open the lid for the steam to escape, the sauce should be 'dry'. Stir continuously for a 'dry' sauce.
6. Add the cut up spinach (soaked for 30secs in hot salted water and well strained) in bits, stir till all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Do not overcook.
Serve your vegetable with Pounded yam, eba, rice and soon.
