“When I was going to open the store, some people said I should venture into pieces like distressed and ripped jeans because that’s what boys are wearing now,” Valo recalled. “But I refuted that. People still want to dress simple and dress like men in Lagos — and today, Lagos spoke loud and clear, as the store was filled to the brim.”

The vibrant turnout and enthusiastic support underscored the city’s appetite for authenticity and elevated menswear. With its Lekki flagship now open, OOD MAN aims to set a new standard in men’s fashion retail - one built on simplicity, quality craftsmanship, confidence, and timeless style.
