I never went to culinary school

Anyone who is familiar with the culinary works of Chef Eros would know that he is a complete whiz in the kitchen. From his sweet desserts to his tasty meals, Tolu Erogbogbo is certainly a man who knows his way around the kitchen.

But did you know that he's never been to a culinary school before?

"I've never been to culinary school - yet" the Cookiejar boss revealed in an an exclusive chat with Pulse.

"It's not something that I'm proud of but at the same time I'm also proud of it. I'm not proud of it because its not something I should be going around saying especially since its something I could have easily done after school. But I'm also proud because I'm able to do the things that people who went to culinary school can do and even more. While a cook cooks, a chef creates an edible experience which is what chefs go to school to learn. But I'm a very fast learner and I'm very creative. I come up with ideas on the spot and I'm not afraid to take a risk so that's why I call myself a chef"
