Meet country's Minister for Water Resources and Irrigation

Photos of the Hon. Mabior Garang De Mabior, the current Minister for Water Resources and Irrigation in the Republic of South Sudan has gone viral.

The Minister complained of being thrown out of the meeting the South Sudanese president because he was dressed in a black tuxedo with a black bow tie.

Mabior stated that the president, Salva Kiir stated that his dressing was a source of disturbance in the meeting.
