The 28-year-old last week completed his £28m move to Bayern Munich and this morning took part in his first training sessions with his new teammate.

A smiling Vidal looked relaxed as he chatted with his new teammates and being put through his paces by head coach Pep Guardiola.

After a successful Copa America with his country Chile, Vidal hopes to continue winning more trophies for his new club.

"I want to keep developing as a player and win important trophies like the Champions League," Vidal told the club's official website.

"I think the best opportunity to do so is with Bayern."

Vidal helped Juventus last season to the final of the UEFA Champions League before losing to Barcelona.

The midfielder has targeted to win the 'Big Ear' and a treble with Bayern Munich.

"We weren't a long way off winning all three competitions at Juve last season. I hope we can pull it off with Bayern. That has to be the target," he said.
