The red-and-whites were in control from the opening tip to the final buzzer, dominating from the first quarter to defeat a Paris side playing without star players Nadir Hifi and T.J. Warren.

Following the final buzzer, Paris head coach Maxime Lefevre shared his thoughts with the press.

You can never be satisfied after a loss. We managed to cut the deficit to five, but then gave the ball away. We committed 19 turnovers, ten of them in the first half alone. We created some great looks in the first half, but we just couldn't make the shots. I loved our fighting spirit and the way we fought back in the third and fourth quarters. – Maxime Lefevre

Lefevre also spoke about Tyson Etienne, who has been delivering consistently strong performances game after game.

He is an outstanding player who can shoot the lights out and plays with immense confidence. He has already settled in, both on and off the court, and he is extremely smart. He knocks down big shots; I saw that from day one, so none of this surprises me. We will do everything we can to keep him here as long as possible, even beyond this season if we can. – Max Lefevre

He also addressed the absence of Nadir Hifi, the team's key offensive weapon.

You can't replace him with just a single player—it takes a group effort. The ball may have moved faster at times, but we need Nadir; he is the EuroLeague's top scorer. – Max Lefevre
