We look at the winners and losers from Tuesday games.

Harry Kane: Has had a slow start to the season by his own standards but rose to the occasion to deliver two goals which breathed life into Tottenham’s Champions League campaign.

Tottenham: Without a win in the Champions League this season, Tottenham came back from a goal down to beat PSV hand themselves a lifeline in the Champions League.

Porto: Thumped Lokomotiv Moscow 4-1 to take control of Group D.

Napoli: Few expected them to be a tough nut to crack in Group C and they have been exactly just that, staying unbeaten in three Champions League games they have faced favourites Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain. Top of the group and have everything in their own hands.

Inter Milan: Not exactly a win in the literal sense of it but holding Barcelona to a 1-1 draw at home shows the progress they have made this season.

Malcom: Got emotional after putting Barcelona in the lead against Inter, a goal that sent a clear message that to Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde. That was his first Champions League game for Barcelona and he marked it with a goal. He wants more games and what a way to make that statement.

Losers

Liverpool: Seem to be cruising after their 4-0 win over Red Star Belgrade in Matchday 3 but a 0-2 loss in the reverse fixture on Tuesday put them in a  really difficult place in Group C where they still have to play Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain.

Jurgen Klopp: After an exciting start to the season, Liverpool’s early form is beginning to wear off. On Tuesday night in Belgrade, Liverpool stuttered and Klopp had no answers.

Salah: After a sensational debut season with Liverpool, Mohamed Salah is finding it hard in front of goals this season. On Tuesday night, he was unimpressive again.

Paris Saint--Germain: The Champions League continues to elude Paris Saint-Germain since the 2011 takeover that made them one of the richest clubs in Europe. A 1-1 draw at Napoli, however, means they continue to search for a statement Champions League win.

Neymar: Left Barcelona with the hope of leading Paris Saint-Germain to the Champions League title which would solidify his legacy as the best player in world football but failed to spark on another big night in the competition.

Thierry Henry: Five games as Monaco boss and still without a win, worse still, he saw his side got thumped 4-0 at home.
