- According to the judgement, Dakuku Peterside, the petitioner's witnesses were reliable and their allegations relevant.
- Exhibit A9, which was presented by Peterside and which is a report by head of election monitoring team of INEC office in Rivers State,
- Wike's witnesses not only dodged questions under cross-examination but also refused to answer some.
