Manchester United captain performs with English singer, Ed Sheeran

Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney swapped football for music as he was filmed performing a duet with English music star, Ed Sheeran.

Both English celebrities came together to perform a rendition of Robbie Williams' song, 'Angels'.

The video of Wayne Rooney singing with Ed Sheeran was filmed on stage at a karaoke bar in New York.

Wayne  Rooney led the song while the crowd sang along in near-unison with the popular song.

Sheeran allowed his friend, to take charge of the performance.
