Former Super Eagles captain has no problem with current skipper, Ahmed Musa
Former Super Eagles captain Vincent Enyeama has shown that he has no bitterness towards Ahmed Musa who replaced him as skipper of the national team.
Enyeama was stripped of his captaincy by Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh which led to their infamous camp at the national team base in Belgium.
Enyeama subsequently announced his retirement from the national team.
Many would have thought that the goalkeeper who made his Super Eagles debut in 2002 and the current captain of the Super Eagles, Ahmed Musa were not in good terms after the whole saga.
Enyeama however took to his favourite platform, Instagram to clear up those perceptions, writing a god will message for Musa on his birthday.
Musa turns 24, today, Wednesday, October 14 and Enyeama took to Instagram to wish him a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday to you @myca718 God bless your new age with all the good things of life,” Enyeama wrote on Instagram.
“IG followers and lovers show him some love and make his day special,” Enyeama added.
The winner will be announced at the awards’ main ceremony holding on Sunday, January 17 in Abuja.
