Goals from Gary Cahill, Cesar Azpilicuerta and a brace from Cesc Fabregas ensured that Chelsea knocked Leicester City out of the EFL.

After the game, the winger took to his Twitter to applaud his teammates.

“Brilliant to come back and win tonight. Fans were fantastic thank you all for your support! #CFC,” the 25-year-old writes on Twitter.

Moses and his teammates will next face Arsenal on Saturday, September 24 in the Premier League.
