Transfer Market Official: FC Porto Loans Winger in Potentially Lucrative Deal

FC Porto and Kocaelispor have officially confirmed the loan of Gonçalo Sousa to the Turkish club. The 20-year-old winger will join the team that finished 10th in the last local Superliga season, remaining there until the end of the current campaign.

The deal includes an immediate payment of 150,000 euros, with an additional 150,000 euros potentially added based on performance-related objectives.

The agreement between the clubs also features a purchase option set at 3 million euros.

Should Kocaelispor decide to activate the buy-out clause, FC Porto retains the right to receive 25% of any future profit from a subsequent transfer of the player.
