Tottenham and Manchester City have finally reached a definitive agreement for the transfer of winger Savinho, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. The North London club has reportedly agreed to pay £75 million for the wide player. This fee could rise to £80 million with performance-related add-ons included in the deal. The Brazilian is expected to travel to London today to undergo a medical examination and sign his personal terms. Tottenham's interest in Savinho dates back over a year, with the Londoners attempting to sign him last summer, but negotiations ultimately fell through. This time, the clubs' executives have shaken hands on the substantial £75 million price tag, signaling Tottenham's continued significant spending spree.

To date, they have already spent over a quarter of a billion pounds, having paid £100 million for Sandro Tonali, £85 million for Matheus Fernandes from West Ham, and over £50 million for Jan Paul van Hecke from Brighton. Simultaneously, Marcos Senesi from Bournemouth, Martin Dubravka from Burnley, and Andy Robertson from Liverpool were all brought in as free agents. Manchester City and Tottenham are also reportedly still in negotiations for another player, Omar Marmoush, whom the Spurs are keen to acquire.
