Toddler gets stolen along with dad's car

In London, an unknown man reportedly jumps into her father's vehicle while she was occupying the front seat and runs away.

According to the BBC News, the car theft occurs while the runner is discussing terms with him.

The vehicle, a black Audi A5 was later found but without Tudorica who was born in Romania. Her abductor has been identified as an Asian man.
