Bovi, Mark Essien, Timi Dakolo, others inspire innovative ideas at community event

TED is a very popular platform in the Nigerian tech space for industry experts, and tech aficionados to contribute and share ideas on how to expand the sector.

The TEDxGbagada event took place on September 19, 2015 at the QuadT event center in Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria.

Speakers at the event included popular comedian, Bovi Ugbonma, Hotels.ng founder and CEO, Mark Essien, and seasoned educationist, Dorcas Odeyemi.

Bayo Omoboriowo, documentary photographer, Taofik Okoya, entrepreneur, Toyin Oyemade, founder, Story Teller Media, were some of the other speakers at the event. It was hosted by Omoo Anetekhai.

Popular music artiste, Timi Dakolo, was also at the event where he both spoke and performed.

The TEDXGbagada is an event that is focused on inspiring and engaging the community on innovative ideas to change the world. It is organized by Yemi Akamo.
