Sweet Truce ! Wizkid Rolling In Banky W’s EME Camp

Apparently, the trio who were escorted by a Hum-vee and security escorts drove down to Cotonou, Benin Republic for a music show on April 5 happily took pictures 0f themselves as they journeyed to the neighbouring country.

‘Cotonou , we here! @djxclusive83 @shaydeeboi !! EME/STARBOY!!‘, Wizkid wrote as he posted a picture of himself, Shaydee and DJ Xclusive on their arrival in Benin Republic for a power show.

After the well-publicised spat and split with Banky W and parent record label EME, Wizkid floated his personal record label Star Boi Entertainment, declared his freedom on Twitter, shot videos with the EME signature absent, and was absent from the stage during Banky’s ‘The Grand Love Project’ concert

Fans, critics and interested parties kept pushing and pondering, but the duo clinically avoided the press, but when cornered, they stuck to their guns, vaguely assuring fans that all was calm.

Insiders at the EME camp tell us the whole rancorous saga commenced as a result of money issues; Wizkid was said to have suddenly ‘woken up’ and wanted a better deal than what the label was offering…

We guess the deal’s been sewn up and EME family is whole again…
