Nigeria have also moved up in the African Ranking from fifth to fourth behind Egypt (20), Senegal (27) and Cameroon (32).

Congo (39), Tunisia (41), Burkina Faso (41), Cote d'Ivoire (47), Ghana (49) and Algeria (53) make up the top 10 in Africa.

There are no change in the World Ranking, with Brazil leading followed by Argentina, Germany, Chile and Colombia.

France, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland and Spain make up the top 10.
