The exodus from Partizan continues. Following the departures of Dwayne Washington and Nick Calathes, it's now clear that Sterling Brown will not be donning the black-and-white jersey next season.
Brown had a contract for the upcoming season, but according to Meridian Sport, Žalgiris has opted to pay a transfer fee for the Partizan guard, who is now set for a move to Lithuania.
It's already known that Sylvain Francisco is leaving, and Sayben Lee has already arrived in Kaunas. Specialized media outlets also report Žalgiris's interest in Carsen Edwards, and now Sterling Brown.
The American averaged 13.7 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in the EuroLeague, and 10.7 points, 2.5 rebounds, and an equal number of assists in the ABA League. After two seasons, Brown will be leaving Partizan.
On the other hand, Derek Willis is reportedly on the verge of joining Partizan, Eugene Omoruyi is also rumored to be on the "Steamroller's" radar, while deals for Kyle Allman and Nikola Tanasković are said to be finalized.
