The Nigeria Football Federation have given Stephen Keshi an ultimatum of Friday, March 6 to respond to the contract offer made to him or forget about the job.
According to Complete Sports the federation is determined to name a new national coach before the start of next week and have informed the estranged Super Eagles coach to say if he is satisfied with the contract documents sent to him or not.
The newspaper's sources revealed that members of executive committee of the NFF were so irked with the delay in getting a coach for the Super Eagles that they directed that the issue should be sorted out this week with Keshi.
“Keshi is expected to tell us whether he agrees with the contract offer or not. If he has anything against the contract given him and we make necessary adjustment so that that we know if we have a contract or not.
“We are sick and tired of Keshi talking to us on the pages of newspapers or on radio. Let him tell us what he does not like in the contract so that we can move on. If he does not want the job, he should let us know so that we take the next line of action,’ the source told Complete Sports..
