Facebook Reportedly Working On New Website To Compete With LinkedIn

According to a report by Business Standard, Facebook is preparing a new website called "Facebook at Work" which is aimed at competing with sites like LinkedIn.

News.com.au also reports that the upcoming website which is still under wraps would help users connect with people on a professional level, collaborate over documents and also make professional contacts.

The report also claims that "Facebook at Work" will offer similar features as Facebook like newsfeed, messaging and groups.

The new tools as well as the old features will include the ability to work on shared documents.

Both sites, Facebook and "Facebook at Work" will function separately and no information will be shared between the two.
