Qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix has been delayed by 30 minutes, the FIA has announced.

The setback comes as a knock-on effect from earlier in the day ahead of the sprint race at the Marina Bay Circuit. That start was pushed back by 30 minutes due to torrential rain flooding sections of the track just minutes before the drivers were set to begin their formation lap.
As a result, qualifying will also get underway half an hour later than planned. Originally scheduled to start at 16:00 Bulgarian time, the session will now begin at 16:30.
