Seye in an interview with Pulse said he enjoyed “every minute of putting pen to paper” in writing his latest brainchild. When asked why he opted for writing poetry, he said “This book is an attempt to show the beauty of visual poetry. The font, the pages and each letter written in that book was compiled to present engaging and self-explanatory poems”

“I played a little with blank pages, visual poetry, and I even gave an insight/explanation as to why some poems are written. It is the only way I could express myself and converse with the readers”

Guests present at the event also expressed their opinion about the book, Kukogho Samuel said: “This is an unusual book, it is very conversational. It felt like the author was speaking to me, I also loved the fact that the author did not feel the need to follow the rules of poetry.”

Another guest Olamide Olanrewaju said: This book is thoroughly engaging and brilliantly written. When asked what she thought of the event she added that the book reading was interesting and witty.

While giving his remarks, Joey Akan another guest at the event said “This book is riveting, it is really nice to see the world through Seye’s tinted eye”
