Ronaldo texts Piers Morgan: 'Tell that blond guy to stop the Botox, he looks like an apple!'

The controversy surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo and the Portugal national team has long crossed borders, continuing to ignite social media and British television studios alike.

During a heated debate on Football Uncensored—where host Piers Morgan fiercely defended the Portuguese superstar against scathing criticism from talkSPORT pundit and former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan—CR7 himself intervened behind the scenes with a devastating jab.

As the two clashed over the Portugal captain's attitude and the rift with Jorge Jesus in the national team setup, Morgan sent a clip of the argument directly to Ronaldo.

The No. 7 was quick to respond, delivering a merciless swipe at Jordan: "I sent Cristiano the clip of my row with Simon Jordan, and he replied: 'Tell that blond guy to STOP with the Botox. He looks like an apple!'" Morgan revealed in hysterics.

While the forward's quip helped ease the studio tension, it instantly became one of the most shared and discussed clips of the day.

Beyond the bickering over tactics and broken dressing-room promises, Ronaldo's tongue-in-cheek comment proved he is closely following the international fallout from his dispute with the Portuguese Football Federation—showing he remains as razor-sharp off the pitch as he is on it.
