The two-time World Cup winner with Brazil (1994, 2002) did not hesitate to name the primary culprit for this setback: Carlo Ancelotti.

“Honestly, I think this elimination is due to the decisions made from the bench. Carlo Ancelotti is one of the best coaches in football history, but tonight he made too many mistakes,” stated 'O Fenômeno'.

According to Ronaldo, Endrick should have been given more minutes on the field during this World Cup, considering his energy, aggression, and unpredictability.

Beyond the Italian specialist's choices on the bench, Ronaldo also questioned his selection of the 26-man squad: “I still don't understand why João Pedro wasn't in the group. He had an exceptional season, is in great form, and Brazil needed a striker capable of bringing something different.”

But Ronaldo's criticisms weren't limited to the coaching staff. 'O Fenômeno' also didn't spare Vinicius Junior: “He also needs to take responsibility. We all know his talent, but this World Cup didn't meet the expectations placed on him. He never managed to find his usual level of play, the one that makes him dominate for his club team. When Brazil needed their best players, they simply didn't deliver.”
