Readers agree that cars will be pointless in 25 years

On October 27th, Pulse Nigeria reported a prediction from Jamais Cascio, a futurist and senior fellow at the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies.

According to him, there will be no need to own cars in twenty five years because of the availability of self-driving cars and Uber.

Readers were asked if they agreed with his prediction.

57.14% said yes while 42.9% voted against prediction.
