The LMC who are in-charge of the Nigeria Football League have put plans in place to name a trophy for the highest goalscorer Yekini

The League Management Company (LMC)are set to name the highest goalscorer award after Super Eagles great Rashidi Yekini.

The LMC who are in-charge of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) have put plans in place to name a trophy for the highest goalscorer Yekini.

Pulse Sports earlier reported that the of the Nigeria Professional Football League at the end of every season.

In the new reward to be instituted by the foundation, a trophy and a N100, 000 cash reward will be given to the highest goal scorer at the end of the current season in honour of Yekini's legacy.
