An Australian photographer, Thomas Stewart, recently appealed to couples via a Facebook post to ban the use of phones and cameras by wedding guests at ceremonies.

He said this disrupts the clear shots meant to be taken by the official wedding photographer, adding that these guests prevent the groom and bride from having their moment.

This prompted us to ask readers via a poll what they thought of Stewart's emotional appeal.

Results of the poll revealed that more than 50% of Pulse readers supported the photographer's appeal to ban devices at wedding ceremonies while the rest readers were indifferent.
