Readers say they will take action if a maid abuses their kid

Few days ago, a Ugandan nanny caused an international sensation when she was caught on video beating a toddler left in her care.

Most parents who keep a housemaid in Nigeria have now decided to be more cautious with the people they employ as no one would love to have his or her child brutalized in such manner.

On Pulse Nigeria Poll yesterday, we asked the question: Would you take vengeance on a nanny that maltreated your child?

63.3% of voters agreed they would take vengeance on a nanny who maltreats their child while 36.4% say they will leave everything in God's hands.
