Year in, year out, designers keep creating, recreating and modifying styles to get brides looking as stunningly beautiful as ever.

Of course, 2016 was no different and the dresses in this article typify all the glamour and beauty that wedding dresses showed this year.

1. Ciara

The R&B singer had a picturesque castle wedding with Russell Wilson and her Peter Dundas' long-sleeved gown which featured a low-cut neckline, sophisticated lace detailing, and a delicate bow belt made everything all the more beautiful.

2. Morgan Stewart

Morgan Stewart might not have looked as stunning as she did on her May 7 wedding with Brendan Fitzpatrick  if she had not gone with that Badgley Mischka lace top and silk skirt combo.

The "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills"star told magazine, People Style, that she almost gave up on searching for a dress when she found the gorgeous piece.

And what an attire it was!

3. Nicole Phelps

Nicole Phelps secretly married Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps in June 2016.

In October, they decided to re-celebrate the union, and this time, publicly.

The ceremony took place in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and the bride’s gown was simply fascinating.

Nicole’s Julie Vino dress was a customized number that featured a sophisticated lace cut-out bustier with a sweetheart neckline and a curve-hugging skirt which had that  thigh-high slit.

4. Eniko Parrish

Kevin Hart and Eniko Parrish's Santa Barbara wedding on Aug. 14 might have been recognized mainly as lavish and extravagant, but it was also a tremendously beautiful ceremony, and that was partly because of the bride’s drop-dead gorgeous dress.

The V-neck Vera Wang design had a silk crêpe gown that hugged the bride’s curves perfectly.

It also had hand-embroidered French Chantilly lace appliqués, a French tulle mermaid skirt, and silk-covered bridal button accents.

5. Anna Camp

The "Pitch Perfect" actress married fellow "Pitch-Perfect" star, Skylar Astin in a fine princess-style, custom-designed Reem ArCa design.

The ceremony held on September 10 in Santa Ynez, California.

6. Maci Bookout

Maci Bookout is an actress on "Teen Mom OG" and chose to make a statement on her wedding with Taylor Hicken.

The ceremony held at Honey Lake Resort in Florida, and instead of the customary white dress, the actress chose instead to go with a dusty rose hue for her strapless lace-and-chiffon Riki Dalal Haute Couture gown.

7. Eva Longoria

The actress' wedding dress for her May 21 wedding to Jose Baston was designed by her BFF, Victoria Beckham.

For the Mexico wedding, Eva chose to go in a curve-hugging, custom-made silk crepe dress.

"I asked Victoria to do my dress because I wanted it to be special and made with love, and I knew that Victoria would make it with love," the actress told Hello! magazine

Victoria Beckham surely did not disappoint with that one.
