President holds 2-day retreat for ministerial candidates

President Muhammadu Buhari is set to hold a two-day retreat for his ministers-in-waiting.

This was disclosed by Buhari’s media aide, Femi Adesina to Vanguard on Tuesday, November 3.

‘The retreat will open tomorrow in the villa,’ he said.

Adesina had earlier said that only Buhari could decide when the new ministers would be inaugurated.

The Senate concluded the screening and confirmation of the ministerial candidates on October 29 and the list of confirmed ministers was submitted to Buhari by Senate President, Bukola Saraki on Tuesday.
