WRR announces 'Caprecon Green Author Prize'

In a bid to recognise young and unpublished Nigerian poets, WORDS Rhymes & Rhythm LTD (WRR)  in partnership with Caprecon Development Consult is pleased to announce the ‘WRR-Caprecon Green Author Prize’.

The prize was initiated to allow upcoming writers/poets a chance to be heard and an avenue to get published According to the creator of the content, Kukogho Samson, "The prohibitive cost of publishing has silenced young writers without the required funds, limiting most to their Facebook walls and the occasional blog entries.Therefore, in each edition of the annual ‘GREEN AUTHOR PRIZE, four young poets will be jointly published as co-authors."

He added that Authors will be selected from four zone: North, South East and West of Nigeria by a team of young and established Nigerian writers.
