Paddy Pimblett has added a unique collector's item to his home.
For the past few years, Pimblett has been in an open feud with Ilia Topuria, with the two even briefly rumored for a lightweight title bout. While that fight never materialized, their rivalry persisted, and Pimblett took particular pleasure in Topuria's loss to Justin Gaethje at the UFC White House event in June.
His delight was so profound that he spent over $10,000 to mock his rival.
On Monday, Pimblett posted on social media, claiming he purchased the stool Ilia Topuria used during the UFC White House gala. The fighter stated he paid $13,700 for the item.
"Collector's item," he wrote.
Although Pimblett has yet to fight Topuria, "The Baddy" is enjoying his relative success against Gaethje compared to Topuria's outcome. Pimblett lost a decision to Gaethje in January, while Topuria's corner stopped his bout before the fifth round.
Pimblett is on a high, having secured the biggest win of his career earlier this month by submitting Benoit Saint-Denis in under a minute at UFC 329.
Meanwhile, Topuria has largely remained out of the spotlight since his loss, although footage emerged of "El Matador" celebrating Spain's World Cup victory.
