Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has stopped gambling with his UEFA Champions League’s chances.
Wenger has started his second choice goalkeeper, David Ospina in Arsenal’s last two UCL games which have ended in losses.
In the second loss against Olympiacos, Ospina had a horror show as carelessly carried the ball over his own goal line from a Kostas Fortounis corner to gift the visitors a 2-1 lead.
Ahead of the clash with Munich, Wenger has confirmed that his number one goalkeeper, Petr Cech will be starting.
Ospina has been ruled out of the clash at the Emirates with a shoulder injury which makes Cech an automatic starter.
“Ospina’s out injured,” confirmed Wenger.
“He came back from Colombia with a shoulder problem and he’s out.”
It is not clear if Wenger would have stuck with Ospina if he was not injured
