Parker Not Returning to Partizan! Jabari Has a Contract and Big Money, But No Longer Wants to Be a Black-and-White
According to unofficial sources from Mozzart Sport, Parker is content in Badalona, where he currently plays for Joventut, and has no intentions of returning to Belgrade.
Parker joined Partizan last summer as one of the biggest signings in the club's history, but he has fallen far short of justifying the significant investment. During the season, he departed Belgrade, moving to Badalona where he now plays for Joventut on loan. He still has one year remaining on his contract with the "Steamroller."
However, Jabari has no plans to fulfill that remaining year, raising questions about how the situation will be resolved. Given that Parker earns $2.5 million annually, it's clear that Joventut cannot afford to pay that, at least not in full.
Another option is for Parker to go on loan to a different club next season, or for a compromise to be reached, leading to a mutual termination of his contract with Partizan. Otherwise, Parker could remain sidelined, proving to be an expensive burden for the black-and-whites, who can no longer afford such missteps.
