The President of the institute, Dr Rotimi Oladele, said this in Abuja when he visited the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Information, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan.

Oladele, who said the accreditation for membership was overdue, warned that the institute would sanction any member who failed to certify or re-certify his or her membership on or before Oct. 1, 2015.

"If you are not re-certified and you don’t have your taxing number from first of October, 2015, we will have to provoke the spirit of the statutory law to prosecute such people. We have intimated a lot who have been doing this quackery."

"And some of them are coming and rushing for what we called a window of opportunities which is a crash programme for those who have been on the field but not regularised. When they come in, they will go in for the programme, after the training, they will get their practising certificates and numbers."
