The Super Eagles of Nigeria is battling the Sparrow of Hawks in a friendly game on Thursday, June 1.
The friendly games are to prepare the Super Eagles for their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against South Africa on Saturday, June 10.
Before the game, the president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Amaju Pinnick and other top officials of the body spoke to the Super Eagles to remind them the importance of the AFCON and FIFA World Cup to Nigerians.
“Our eyes are on the prize,” Pinnick told the boys.
