NFF line up 2 friendly games for Super Eagles of Nigeria in September

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) are lining up two friendly games for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in September according to the body’s boss Amaju Pinnick.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have not been in action since November 2019 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a live chat on Instagram, Pinnick revealed that the friendly games are 70% confirmed.
"The arrangement is 70% confirmed,” NFF boss Pinnick stated in the live chat on Thursday, July 18, 2020.
“We hope to make use of the FIFA windows in both September and October.”

The games are likely to be against teams from South America and Africa according to the NFF boss.
Super Eagles’ last friendly game was against Brazil in October 2019 which ended in a 1-1 draw.
