Indonesian flag drips blood in final death row painting

Myuran Sukumaran was executed on April 29, 2015 in Indonesia for drug trafficking as a member of the Bali Nine.

Prior to his execution, Myuran  pursued redemption through art.

One of Myuran Sukumaran's final paintings showed the Indonesian flag dripping of blood down a white canvas.

Before his death, he had his thoughts and feelings potrayed in series of artworks.

One of his paintings captures an image of a heart  with an inscription signed by his fellow inmate "Satu hati, satu rasa di dalam cinta" (One heart, one feeling in love).
