Should the government ban high heel shoes?

Justin, a 28-year-old man is battling to save his right eye after his girlfriend of three years, Nneka, used the pointed stiletto of her high heel shoe to hit him during a <a href="http://pulse.ng/community/morning-teaser-when-is-the-right-time-to-call-off-an-abusive-relationship-id3007309.html" id="56bca964-9901-59cd-9aaa-9d5414b9a45d">fight</a>. Not only did she pierce his eye, she repeatedly hit him with it on the head and other parts of his face, causing serious injuries to him.

Justin's elder brother who is a lawyer has instituted a case against her and has petitioned the National Assembly for a ban on the use of high heeled shoes by women, stating that it can be used as a dangerous weapon as was the case between Nneka and Justin.
