Manchester United leading race for Southampton midfielder

Manchester United are now leading the race for SouthamptonMorgan Schneiderlin after Arsenal pulled out of the race.

The French International is now  set to sign a four-year deal for the 20-time English champions.

The 25-year-old could be midfield enforcer Louis van Gaal has been looking for.

Arsenal pulled out of the race for the Schneiderlin as they are  not prepared to match Southampton's price tag.

Arsene Wenger is reportedly targeting Juventus star Arturo Vidal and is also a known admirer of Lars Bender of Bayen Leverkusen.
