Formula One legend Michael Schumacher is walking again two years after a horrific ski accident in the French Alps in 2013.
The German suffered a serious head injury while skiing and was placed in a medically induced coma, having suffered a traumatic brain injury.
He was in the coma for six months from December 29, 2013 until June 16, 2014.
According to German magazine , reported Schumacheris now able to take 'tentative' steps with the aid of a carer and has regained slight movement in one arm.
"He can move again" was the headline on the cover of the magazine ahead of the second year anniversary of the ski accident.
“Michael is very thin. But he can once again walk a little with the help of his therapists,” the magazine source close to Schumachersaid.
His manager Sabine Kehm however dismissed the report, calling speculation ‘irresponsible’.
“Unfortunately, we are forced by a recent press report to clarify that the assertion that Michael could move again is not true," Kehm said.
“Such speculation is irresponsible, because given the seriousness of his injuries, his privacy is very important for Michael.
“Unfortunately they also give false hopes to many involved people.”
