With Wenger’s future at the club uncertain, there are fears that Ozil who has less than 18 months left on his contract will not extend his deal.
The 28-year has been offered a deal worth £200,000-a-week which would make him the highest-paid player ever but the German is still stalling on the offer.
“Everything is open. We had talks with Arsenal. Right now I concentrate on the current season,” Ozil told .
“Arsene Wenger was one of the main reasons I joined Arsenal. But I know that sometimes things go very fast in football and that you can never plan something.
“This is why it would be wrong to say that my future depends on my coach.”
According to latest reports from England, there is growing confident within Arsenal that Ozil will sign a contract extension at Arsenal.
