David Tlale - Day 1 In Johannesburg, South Africa

After opening his own show playing the trumpet, the creative David Tlale showcased a breathtaking, elegant and delicate collection on day 1 of the 2014 Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Africa (MBFWA) holding from the 29 of October to November 1 at the Melrose Arch in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The collection was well thought out, cohesive collection with really wearable pieces. The dark gold suits worked perfectly as an alternative to the tuxedo as well as an option for the office. The sequined trousers and brown maxi-skirt made sparkle suitable for day and evening wear and the mix of yellow and houndstooth brought a fresh take to workwear.
