Around 100 Sevilla and Levante ultras were involved in a mass brawl in Valencia on Monday, just hours ahead of their teams' La Liga fixture tonight. The violent incident took place around midday near the Ciutat de València stadium, where the two sides are scheduled to face each other in matchday eight. According to reports in the Spanish media, approximately 50 supporters from each club took part in the melee.

Those involved were mostly dressed in black, with many wearing hoods and masks to conceal their identities. The rival fans hurled chairs and bottles grabbed from nearby terraces, while some were also seen brandishing batons. Local broadcaster À Punt reported that pyrotechnics were also thrown during the clash, sparking panic and brief chases through the surrounding streets. The brawl lasted only a few minutes and broke up before police units arrived at the scene.

By the time National Police officers reached the area, the participants had already fled. Initial reports indicate that no arrests have been made. The violence has marred the build-up to tonight's clash between Levante and Sevilla, which concludes the eighth round of fixtures in the Spanish top flight.
