Agency publish traffic offenses, penalties

Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has a new directive that prohibits chasing the vehicles of traffic offenders.

In light of this new method, the agency is enlightening the public by publishing a list of all traffic offenses and penalties.
