Last week, Chris Olakpe was appointed as the new CEO of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).

A few days later, he addressed the public for the first time.

“I am in LASTMA as part of the ongoing efforts to revamp, refocus and improve performance and relations with the public.
